it is very depressing,, and can take such an emotional toll on your mind and body,,,,, i had my first one aruond 6th grade,, after a very horrilbe experience in my life,,,,, i still struggle with depession,,,, but i try to find my happy place,,,,,,,,and go there,, when i see my world falling apart
i find that meditation,, with calming music helps,, also doing light exercise as yoga,,,,,,,make sure you get your daily vitamins,, to keep your body heathy,, cause we usually do not eat right at these times in our life,,,,
i find that also a small plant garden,,,, that you grow also helps,, cause you have to take care of it,, and in return you get to see your beautiful flowers or herbs grow,,,,, with herbs you can actually use them
