gender.
The working of the software is explained below:
In the opening welcome screen, there are 3 options:
1. Help - Click on Help to access the online help for using the
software.
2. Continue - Click this to continue using the software.
3. Register - This software is a

make at least 25 posts or a donation of US$5, which will help the community grow

Click on Continue to go to the main screen.
Select option to enter Weight in Kilograms or Pounds.
Choose the correct option to enter your Gender / Sex.
Choose the correct option to enter your Height.
Select the option Get My Ideal Body Weight in Pounds to get the result
in pounds.
Select the option Get My Ideal Body Weight in Kilograms to get the
result in kilograms.
Click on Get My Ideal Body Weight to generate the reading.
The Reading displays the Ideal Weight for your height.
Click on Exit to quit the program.
