MB Body Mass Index Software Help
MB Body Mass Index is a freeware that
calculates your body mass index or BMI from your height and weight.
The working of the software is explained below:
In the opening welcome screen, there are 3 options:
1. Help - Click on Help to access the online help for using the
software.
2. Continue - Click this to continue using the software.
3. Register - This software is a
POSTWARE (
Click here to know more about POSTWARE) and comes with certain limitations. You are required to register yourself on www.mysticboard.com and
make at least 25 posts or a donation of US$5, which will help the community grow
and to support the development of more softwares. For more details on registration

Click on Continue to go to the main screen.
Select option to enter Weight in Kilograms or Pounds.
Enter your Weight and click on OK. Click on Back to go back to the first
screen.
Select option to enter Height in Meters or Inches.
Enter your Height and click on OK. Click on Back to go back to the first
screen.
Click on Calculate My BMI to generate the reading.
The Reading displays your height, weight, BMI and whether you are normal
/ underweight /overweight
Click on Exit to quit the program.
