The feminine qualities of the Leo mother are often dominating, as the sign Leo is very dominating in their disposition. A son is an essential part of life to the Leo mother. If the son makes mistakes, the mother gets hurt. If a girl makes a mistake, the Moon in Leo woman wonders what she did wrong.

It is not easy for children with Leo mothers to obtain and sustain their own identity, a point which has contributed to some family splits in recent years as more and more children leave home rather than remain subject to heavy parental control.

I am a leo mom. I dont think this is particulary true to leos. I think this can be said about any mom.
ALso I have daughters and a son and my son is no more or less special to me than my 2 girls.
Anywho I enjoyed reading this.  any more?
