Hi, new here.

I was wondering if anyone could give insight on a reading in the Celtic Cross spread, Rider-Waite deck, the card in the 9 position is the 10 of Swords, the card in the 10 position is the 2 of Cups?

without knowing the cards and positions of the rest of the spread it would be difficult to answer your question as they can be influenced by the other cards in the spread if you would like to put the complete spread up i may be able to answer you
Although once dealt the cards usually speak to the dealer for interpretation but as were here to learn ill have ago
