A big hello to everyone. It looks like I've found one of the better forums here, despite reading some posts to the contrary.

I've been interested in (Western) Astrology for over 30 years, and am self taught. So that means no structure, and I'm still learning! Equally, I can probably help some of you who want to learn something, anyway.

Typically an eccentric Aquarius, I posted before I introduced myself and you may find I contradict myself on occasions, too. It's just one of those Aquarian things, I'm afraid! I've an ascending Jupiter in Gemini too, so I could also go off on one at times, but I'm letting you know that now .

Earlier this year (2005) I took my Reiki I attunement, and began to combine that with a newfound interest in Crystals. These two things I hoped would bring me to a calmer and more relaxed state and help with the cancer I was diagnosed with in 2002.

Other interests include metaphysics and associated subjects.

Contradictions and eccentricities are not always limited to Aquarians you know, leo/ firehorse's do pretty well with those too.
I did the same thing when first posting, maybe you felt as passionatly as i did to - "get amongst it"
