Greetings ladies & gentle/men (& anyone else that may not cover).

I've been here for a few days now, & have already added some (rather lengthy for the most part, I suppose) posts to the stack.

First & foremost, my sun sign should be noted (I am a leo); I have joined the board to create an "uncomfortable" (is that an appropriate term?) set of discussions. Understand that I do this not to troll or flame, but to create growth through strife. If anyone has any issues with this, I apologize up front. Upsetting people needlessly is not my intention (though I do love a good discussion, as long as it remains as civil as possible).

I have always believed that true growth can only come about through strife. It is important for us, including myself, to discuss things in a realistic & open manner, so that each of us may grow to become more.

If you are easily offended, understanding that this is not my intent is helpful. However, if you are uncomfortable with any of your beliefs & don't like to be questioned about them, just avoid any posts that I may make.

It is my hope that this may be a long & fruitful relationship that we may all learn from. I look forward to learning as much from all of you that I hope you may learn from me.
