Hi everyone!
Just a quick introduction.
As a "mature" female,.... oh, okay, as a 45 year old woman, I have been involved in spiritual exploration for decades. (Uh-huh...THAT makes me old now doesn't it?) sheesh. Can you tell I just had a birthday and am feeling my age just a tad? sorry. I’m babbling.
Back to subject. This seems to be a great site, and I am grateful to have found it. THANK YOU to the creators of the Mystic Board.
My interests are eclectic to say the least, but pretty much all based around spirituality. I'm currently taking a double major in Psyc and Sociology, and must say that it is beyond interesting! The information I have come across over the last 20 years is coming together in some fascinating ways.
My intention with this forum in the future is to open discussions on some of the topics that I am focused on in my own private research. In particular, perception and perspective. Eventually, I would like to write a book on the subject as it has SO much to do with how we humans learn to create our connection to spiritual wisdom.
My first question then, is "Does anyone remember an "aha" moment when they realized how much control we have as an individual over our own perception?
