Hi.
I am new here and havent read any topix yet but I downloaded the subliminal message software in order to help with the various problems I am having.
I am 23. Have been suffering from depression and disordered eating and other selfdestructive behavior for the past 5 years give or take and I am fed up with it all. I have been in numerous therapies but am too impatient and always run off to find something better. No luch so far. I came across the subliminal message program a while back and I tried it back then but as with all things I gave up on it after a while, not sure if it helped a lot either. But I'm gonna try again. Because the binges have gotten so bad lately that I fear for a ruptured stomach one of these days. BEsides I am so ashamed of and disgusted by myself that I do not venture outside of the safety of my own home much. (Except to buy more food).

I hope the subliminal program will give me something to work on, I am truely desperate. And perhaps now that I'm here I can find some help on the forum as well.
