As this thread is described, this is my first post, And I am very impressed by the amount of materials that you offer, and the topics you cover... and for free no less!  

I've already been interrupted while writing this post several times. mostly by my nagging mother. She snapped when Dad asked her if she knew where a cable that used to be in the corner of his bedroom was now. I can still hear screaming: "All your cables and Wires, and Computer CRAP! It's ALL OVER THE HOUSE!! IT'S EVERYWHERE!! IT'S LIKE A CANCER!!!!!"

Anyway, I got into this whole mystical stuff a few years ago, but my mom wouldn't let me buy tarot cards, or anything "Occult" related. She's worried that if I know how to read tarot cards, I'll start worshipping the Devil.  

But obviously, I don't worship the Devil. An to be honest, I don't take most of this stuff seriously, I just find it fun and interesting/cool.
So... yeah... Hello.

It's ridiculous how some people are so quick to attribute anything they don't understand to the Devil or evil. I guess it's hard to accept new ideas.

But anyway! Welcome to the board;I just got here myself. I tend to think the whole mystical thing mainly is a mental thing: it works because you believe in it, and by concentrating yourself on it you cause the things to happen. It helps me to see things more clearly. I hope you find stuff you like here! There's a lot to choose from.

P.S: The thing about your Dad's meandering wires and their likeness to cancer is hilarious. I laughed for a good five minutes:)
