It looks to me like I've finally found a place where I can be myself.  I'm a 42 yr old female who loves life and is still trying to find out exactly what my purpose is.  Will I ever find it?  Is it right in front of me?  Was I or will I be a dolphin in another life?

you know i have been asking myself the same question as you for quite sometime now... "what my purpose is.  Will I ever find it?  Is it right in front of me?"

the more i think about the more questions i have about life and the purpose of it. the roll i am destined to play in the larger scheme of things.

i suffer from bipolar depression and when i "under ground" for days at the end... that when these question come out glaring and demanding immediate answers.

only as recently as a month ago when i shut myself from the world and went down under with my depression... i was thinking to myself maybe you have already found the purpose of your life and are walking on that path... only we havent not found words to describe it. and we as humans are used to having everything put in words for us. its like the cat attitude - if i close my eye and cant see anything ... then nothing is happening. i am not saying we are trying to act like cats or have a cat attitude. but often there are no answers or answers which cannot be put in words.

look at this way... maybe you are already walking the walk and talking the talk. maybe the purpose of life is "continous search" all by itself - search for meanings, searching for purpose, searching for answers, search for love, searching for thy soul and searching thy soul.
