Hi, I'm from Massachusetts and new to the site and new to... um... alternative spirituality (not sure if that is the correct term, being a newbie of all sorts, I guess).  I've always been fascinated with the runes but the (now) ex-wife didn't actually encourage any exploration of rune study.  I have since downloaded MB's rune program, and bought a set of Elder Futhark rune stones and am reading (and meditating on the meaning of) Lisa Peschel's Practical Guide to the Runes.  Still, I would be grateful for any recommendations and ideas to help me along the way of getting to know the runes.
