When we feel, low, sad, unhappy...

Remember this..
Life is what we make of it, not what is made by others for us to follow. We can not have amisearble day, expierence, feeling..without first accepting that feeling as a correct right feeling of truth.
Always get up and dance...or laugh out loud for no reason..and sing out loud loudly when you feel bad...who cares if someone else sees you?!

sometimes some notions are easier expressed in words than done in actions! at times we are surrounded in such dark despairs of unhappiness and hopelessness and almost on the threshold of extinction, we feel sorry for being alive!
we become clueless and indifferent to all possibilities and life seems to be an endless traumatic struggle between fate and failure!!

wat to do then guys?? where to go to at these mordant moments?
any suggestions?
