i truly admire the thoughts and expressions about forgiveness that is quoted here and i agree that by the grate act act of forgiving you actually free yourself from all negative emotions and welcome positive vibes in you.

Because i believe that when you forgive your enemy or offender you actually do yourself a favour by giving vent to the heaviness within and releasing the anger and ill will inside you.
