I have been studying, and applying, the Law of attraction for several years now; and I've come to the understanding that is described below.

I'm happy to open this up for discussion...

I am a vibrational being, co-existing with the vibrations that are the sum of all that is. A part of me that I focus into the physical dimension, my physical construct, experiences these vibrations as a physical reality. The construct avoids being overwhelmed by only experiencing those parts of the sum of all that is, that are harmonious, or in alignment, with itself.

The perceived physical reality changes as the physical construct's thoughts constantly, and unendingly attune its vibration.

When my construct tunes its vibration to match what it has labeled 'wanted', it feels good. When it tunes its vibration to match what it has labeled unwanted', it feels bad. Both the good and bad feelings are created by me with the intention of guiding the construct towards a harmonious existence.

The process of having a new thought, and that thought coming into alignment with the construct, is called time; time is both mutable and illusionary.

Space is also created by the physical construct. It is a perspective, or viewpoint, of the manifested reality as experienced by the construct. Space is also both mutable and illusionary.

So let's take an apple for example.

I co-exist with the vibration of the apple. That apple-vibration is a continuum containing every state that the apple could possibly be in; from rotten, maggot infested nastiness, to perfectly sweet and wholesome fruit for me to eat. When I decide I want an apple my thoughts/beliefs attune my vibration to manifest an apple. The apple will appear how-ever I believe, and have pre-paved, that it will.

First I'd have a thought, something like "mmm, I want an apple" then my thoughts and beliefs begin to change my vibration to match that apple that I believe is available to me.

Obviously vibrations are not independent, they merge and combine to create blended vibrations that attract their equal; but the principle, I believe, is the same.
