Watch yourself, and whenever a negative, unkind, ungrateful thought enters in, recognize it immediately
and change it to the opposite.
When you find yourself criticizing someone or being intolerant and impatient, pull yourself up and change your thoughts towards that soul; start looking for their best and most beautiful
qualities and dwell on them.
By doing so you enable them to grow and flourish.  
When you are in doubt as to how a soul should be handled,
come to God, lay the whole problem before God and seek God's Advice. When you are shown how to handle a soul, do it with absolute confidence and love, knowing God knows what is best for that soul. If that soul rejects the helping hand and chooses to go its own way, never at any time try to interfere.
Some souls prefer to choose the hard way t
hrough life and learn every lesson the hard way.
They are free to do so. It is not easy to stand back and watch a soul take a wrong step because of self-will, but you must be willing to do so.
