Frustration doesn't have to be a bad thing. It's your body's way of telling you that it needs something. Now...the frustrating part can be trying to figure out what that something is lol.

I suggest telling yourself that perhaps...yes..you are frustrated...but that's ok. Accept the feeling and then let it go knowing that in time, you will probably find the remedy to whatever it is that you need.

approach the situation with acceptance... maybe you are frustrated, maybe the person who said so has deeper issues which don't even concern you that are behind what they said. accept humanity for what it is. accept your own humanity. or do none of the above and have a calm, warm, lovin' sisterly hug instead
