I am sorry you feel low too, perhaps over the past few weeks you have felt better? I suggest treating yourself to some little luxuries and pampering yourself. Make time foe your friends too, they will only make you feel better. Then you will start to feel more confident and self assured which will reflect on the way you are with thie man!

I know this sounds harsh- but i am only speaking from a position of concern and empathy. I was in the state you are currently in - for 5 years and did not realise it. I was down about my circumstances and longed to be loved (as we all do). However i thought that meeting someone would take all of the past pain away. I was so involved in my emotions that I did not realise how the other person would feel if i did manage to get someone (i didnt btw).

The reason i didnt was because I think that the opposite sex picked up on the above, and it overwhelemed them. Which i now realise was fair enough.
Put yourself in their position - it is all well and good to fall for someone - but you cannot fall for someone and expect them to take aboard and solve problems within them that they themselves cannot solve- it is an unrealistic and bizarre concept if you think about it.
It is hard for us in our own pain to see this- to take ourselves out of our bodies and understand this (quite fair when you think about it?) truth.
So teh key is to stabilise yourself. Look into theta healing, nlp - whatever works for you. Take a step back to take a step forward. you will know when are ready for a relationship when you wake up each day looking forward to each day and taking lifes knocks in your stride. once you are balanced within yourself - then the right person will present themself- without you having to make any effort. Just wait and see!
