Hi..I've been having some problems through my sickness..mostly like voices talking to me about god and all..they mainly talk to me about god in a bad way and give me pictures in my head which are not real..i mean can you picture anything in your head even when ur driving or watching tv and all? voices give me visions like me punching god u get the point..very bad stuff..so I dont really know what to do..

The mind is a very strange thing.
It seems it can persuade itself of all sorts. Worst, it can become issolated from other people.
In mediumship there is a sharp test of whether "the voices" are genuine or false: can they give you information that you didn't know, that other people can acknowledge as true?
If the answer is no then "the voices" are untrue, unreal and to be expunged from your mind.
There is something called "psychic self-defence" which can help you keep your feet on the ground and avoid unpleasant deception.
Imagine (quite literally) a strong cord running from the top of your head, through your feet and fixed to the centre of the Earth - it is intended to keep you centred.
Most of all people need other people, you can learn a lot by taking professional advice - and that is something we could all usefully do.

You have taken a step by bringing this to Mystic Board, now I'm going to ask if you have considered bringing these concerns to someone you can trust in the real World?
