HI everyone,

I badly need a hug.It seems the guys at my work are after my life.I might even lose my job.Pray i get a new job.I am not able to stand the pressure they are putting on me.I will break down if it continues like that.They doing that on purpose or what.i don't know.I just can't stand to be there.It's draining me.I even cried at my job today.It's hard  

A big Grandpa hug to you....it is not a good situation you are in....BUT it seems for me that you have to start looking for another job.

It might be a bit cruel to say it like that, but if your job now have started to be "nightmare" that start to bring you down psychic, then I would assume that it is not worth the effort to go on trying to keep it.

I would confront the boss, and be honest in your statement on how you feel your work situation is.
Say you will be very glad to go on with this employment, but if this shall be possible for you, then they need to look on their routines.

If you must go, then don't take it as a defeat.
You yourself know what you have put into the job, and if you feel you have done your best, then they only use you for what you are worth, and are not suited to be leaders or run a firm.

If you stay on in fear to stay without a job, then you might loose opportunities that might raise, or you might be in a very negative mood that will prevent you from showing your best when seeking other jobs.

Another big hug..Remember keep your head high...if you have done your best...then they have all the blame....and sorry to say..there is a lot of them out there...who put a nickel before another humans right  to feel self-worth.

Hi Dhav , I'm so sorry for what you are going through at work :( I was also very unhappy at my previous job . I would advise you to find a way to talk to your boss about your situation if possible. Maybe there could be an improvement . You should definitely look for another job with better working conditions though . Goodluck and sending you a huge hug
