Hugs first ..... please allow your heart to feel all the pain of this moment, don't resist what is as when we resist we disrupt the flow of our feelings and energy. Live in the moment and if your moment calls for tears and sadness, or despair, then let it out. But the caveat is, that once its out, then respect that moment too by not lingering in the former moment which called for the outpouring of emotion. Balance is needed, but giving ourselves permission to feel and really be vulnerable by opening up to those feeling is key. May you let go of that pain which you find yourself and once its poured out, may all the loving energy of us all enter your heart.~jules
