Anyway back to your hug...God made you perfect just the way you are, unfortunately you were not made for him/her? that dumped you.  Take some time to think about who you want to be and what you want in this life.  I mean really think about it.  Then do one thing towards this change.

It won't take away your pain but it will give you a break from thinking about it all the time.
