We need to sell our home and business to move on to take care of a sick family member. It has been on the market ofr about 10 months. I have taken a picture and put sold across for the amount we need to pay of our debts. I have meditated (I am not very good) on it, I have visualized it as being sold. I feel very lost. Can some one please help me.

There are agencies that will come and de clutter your house adn put the stuff in storage.  There are loads of tv programmes that show you how to see your house and to make it attractive to potential buyers.

There is a recession on as well that will make house selling much harder, not what you want to hear but it might be worth checking out how other houses in your area are faring and are they being sold.

I can fully understand that you need moral support and hugs.

Your situation is hard, but always remember that other might even struggle more, and by lowering our expectations our life improve one way or another.

I hope you manage to sell both house and business for an fair amount, but it is a hard time just now, to get what one want, and since the past was a bit to optimistic, our expectations of what we might receive can be a bit high.

I have just been true the sale of "business"  myself, so I know how hard it can be.
