I usually feel like this once I've digested alot of information. I call it my dark night of the soul

I can kinda describe it as I've learnt all this new stuff, it no longer fits in my reality, so I start feeling uncomfortable and edgy, tired and tearful. I feel like this until I've released what I needed to release so that I can fit into this new Me! New skin! New Level!
I always find though a good cry, hot bath like suzi mentioned and some aromatherapy (crow mentioned) helps me out.
I love to use lavender and then rub some St Johns Wort oil on my solar plexus (I like the Dr Hauskha body oil even though expensive). Helps to calm me down and feel more settled.
