Hi,

It sounds as if some amazing things are happening to you.  You don't mention directly if they frighten you, but it sounds as if they both fascinate and scare you.  Is it something you want to stop, or are you curious about where it might lead you?

I guess my first response is to say that, although it may not seem like it sometimes, you're being offered a gift.  What's important now is how YOU see it, what you want to do with it, and how much control you're able to feel that you have over the situation.  Lately I've come to believe that everything that comes to us can be seen either as a burden or a gift, and that it's your perspective on it that makes it one or the other.  What happens is ultimately in your hands, if you take the time to think about it, be open to it, and learn all that you can without making assumptions about what it means and without simply taking someone else's word about the nature of what's happening, because it will mean something completely different to you than it might to another person.  I personally don't believe that there is a living soul who has all--or even most--of the answers about these things (and that includes people in paranormal investigation groups, many of whom seem to me too eager to put things into "scientific" constructs which may, at the end, be meaningless because "our" science is limited to our reality).

That doesn't mean that you shouldn't ask questions here, because it will help you sort things out for yourself.  The nun may have come to you for a specific purpose--not necessarily a bad one, even though the things she did may have frightened you and your coworkers.  She may just be the first of many--each of whom can teach you something about what's beyond the usual things we see.

I'm sorry--you did say that you weren't frightened by your most recent experience.  That's good.  Fear only distorts things and makes us feel powerless.  Did you have any sense--even fleeting--at the time as to who it may have been, or why it was happening, or anything at all?  Did you feel at all as if you were being helped in some way, or did it feel hostile at all?  Your gut instincts may not always be right (mine have often been dead wrong!), but they can, I think, start to give you a better sense of what's going on--more so than asking other people, trying to "research" it, etc.  Just my personal opinion, based on my own experiences...
