Dixie Beauty,
I was curious to know how things are going now. Been a couple of days, I hope you recieved lots of energy hugs. If you need to talk send message. I do not mind some venting, and please know that I do not think you are a cry baby. In your post...you were just venting, healthy to do.

Does warm baths help your condition? I was looking into the other therapies they are doing concerning your medical condition. Seems like whirlpools, or those float tanks filled with warm water is helping people with fibromyalgia. Patients were experiencing less loss of sleep which helped with their anxiety. Hon, I would give you a great big hug right now...please take one via the internet. (((BEAR HUG))) Psychotherapy helps with anxiety, for me anyways. I a nut too.

The best part if ya get one you don't like you can say...You Fired!! Just like the little fleas from "A Bug's Life". And go on to one that really helps you. For me my anxiety was due to severe PTSD. Years ago I was blessed with a woman who helped me to find the roots, and work on my own coping methods. Avoiding the triggers until I could process the feelings. Holding my hand we walked through it. Until I was strong enough to do it on my own. One out of countless, these people are rare. I hope that one day you are able to have one enter your life. Please do not get discouraged, your son is testing you. Good old teens, who think that they rule the world, and nothing is going to stop them. They know all after all, didn't you know? lol. Bless you for your courage, to share. These little things can add to the depression, the depression bring out the anxiety, the anxiety feeding the depression. A nasty little cycle. One day you will break. Again another (((BEAR HUG))). You are not alone.
Safe Journey
