My husband is down with viral fever since last four days and looking very depressed . I am all alone to look after him , no one to share my worries with , missing my daughter very much , she was my pillar of strength at the time of crises . Need positive energy and hugs for him.

You know you always have my best thoughts and prayers.  I'm so sorry that your husband is ill--I wonder if his illness, in addition to making you worry about his health, also brings back memories of your daughter's illness..that would make it even harder for you.  IF that's the case (and forgive me if I'm wrong), try to separate the two illnesses in your mind, so that you're not dealing with both upsetting issues at once. Please take very good care of yourself as you take care of your husband.

And I still believe that your daughter isn't as far away from you as it might seem.  As I suggested before, talk to her.  Ask for her help and support in dealing with the crisis, just as you would have before she passed.  Even if you don't hear her answers, believe that she is listening.  I think it will make both of you feel better!

Thank you Doe for your support , your responce always give me strength ....and yes you are right his illness brought back memories of my daughter's illness, plus the look in his eyes making me sick , i saw that faraway look in my daughter's eyes before she went . I know viral fever is  not a very serious matter , it' only my fear of losing my dearones that is making me sick, i talked to the doctor about this and he said that it is very natural and prescribed some medicine for me also.
yes i am talking to my daughter also and asked her to help me as she used to do when she was present here, hope she is listning .
