yes it works , it worked for me many times
when i think about the last year and think of so many positive thaughts sent towards me by the people i never know
it lifts my mood and gives me courage to move ahead .

They helped me anyways. Not from this forum as I have just joined, but I belonged to a web comp. When I hurt my back this last summer, my online friends were there to help me with encouraging words, lots of "hugs" and a great amount of love and support. If not for them, I probably wouldn't have made it through the pain. So, lots and lots of hugs from me to you!

Any hug helps. Whether it's in person or virtual. It helps just knowing that someone cares enough to take the time to say everything's going to be ok. Lots and lots of hugs to you!

Where we hold our 'thought' and 'intention' is as good as the real thing. A virtual hug is very important.
