oH the bad flu.sending light and healing. have some cinnamon powder with honey.it will make you feel better.Take cae fo yourself.

Hugs.

What work wonders with me is vitamin C and 1500mg 500mg 3 times a day morning lunch and bedtime. Drink plenty of water, if my sleep is affected, i would resort to the secret weapon: concoction of boiled coke + old ginger. Old ginger the size of your palm, smash it up a bit and boiled for 5 minutes. Drink warm before bed time. I hate the taste of ginger, so vile, but I like the smell.
