I have also been trying to sell one since the summer, but this business is a little stagnant at the moment around here. How is it over there?

Thank you all for our positive energy. The market where I live is still fairly strong...Just have to wade thru superficial buyers looking for granite counter top & stainless steel. Who thought those would be more important that a new roof, 2 new heating air units and vinyl clad windows????
