I haven't felt right for a couple of years, it felt like a part of me died. I realized that my Spirit has been broken. Many hugs and prayers would really help right now.

*hugs* ... I understand. I have felt broken/buried in CRAP for longer than I'd like to think about...I begin to regain my strength and confidence only to tripped up and/or dumped on (crap) some more. Most of the time I readily identify this and it doesn't thwart me as easily as when I was in denial but sometimes I find my energy sapped and my will to most anything is nil. Grrr...weariness and wariness.
On a lighter note, I reckon it's a beautiful thing in itself to have the knowledge of this, that we have the ability to recognize imbalances inside ourselves...so many do not.
I think it's admirable that you have the strength to reach out and touch/ask for help from those of us who have congregated here...I'm fighting the urge to delete what I've written and hide away like I've done for so long. (sigh) So, with that, I'm hitting the 'submit' button. Take care.
