We sensitives are special people, we need to protect those sensitivities and nuture them. I was reading the other day in Instant Healing about doing tough work with ourselves everyday and talk nicely with/to ourselves. I'm doing that more and more. It's helping me a lot. I am also telling the voices that I hear in my head that aren't nice, "BYE BYE" then tell myself I'm just fine and love myself. Imagine how much a pet loves being pet by us, imagine how much we enjoy being touched. I am discovering, petting myself with love is very helpful.
