I am reaching out a hand and a big hug in hope to end this discussion here.

You might feel offended, but if you do, know that none of us have done it by free will, none of us are perfect, we are not out for taking you or other..but what we most work for is the well being of the community.

From time to time we might evaluate a situation wrong...that is a human thing...but at the same time...people who just see the action not always know everything behind it....we might not sit with equal information...and if not ...our conclusion might differ, what seems to be a discrimination was not that after all....if all cards was seen.

I can agree that we all can improve, and if done right, such a discussion can improve our way of thinking. But we hope it goes both ways, that also those moments that we point out are taken into account.

Just picture you if everyone here on the site should start each thread in the same way as you fight for....I think the site would not grow old then.

A community is a give and take relationship.... and Moderators are some of those who give most, from free will and free of charge.
Work with them to improve the site....give them your support...if you spot something wrong...give me a PM or Swetha the same...or post it in complains.....but let us all try to enjoy the time we have here....in the end it is so a short time!
