Okay this is my first time posting here, I am usually a pretty happy go lucky person, but for a while now I just haven't felt like me, and I am tired ALL the time... It is part of the reason that I haven't been as active on here as I would like to be... and Well I just need a little love. Huggz would be very appreciated!! Thank You all in advance!!

Why so down? Is it the Christmas blues? I also get a little down near the winter solstice, when there is much less daylight and I can't wait for spring to come again

But it also sounds as if you could do with some nutrients that may be lacking: have you been dieting or something? I find a nice soup very uplifting in wet weather -also chocolate, naughty, naughty-.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll soon be back to your usual sunny self! Lots of {{{{{hugs}}}}}
