Please can I have some tips to relax. I am stressed out and can`t seem to relax enough in order to make contact with my inner self.I seem to be missing the signs and every thing is passing me by.My sun sign is Aries any tips will help.

I haven't lied in a relationship before. I don't see why you have to lie in a relationship. Why would you lie in a relationship? If two people vow to trust each other, what do you have to hide?

Chin up. Why were you lied to? Was it to protect your feelings? Not stating that lying is right. From what I read, you are young. There is plenty time to find that one that is ment for you. In which when you do find them, you will not have to worry about what is the real truth. Best wishes!!

The important thing to consider with the topic title is "does society reward people who are honest?" I think the answer is usually no. As a society we train, condition and reward people to be dishonest. The major reason for this I think is because we're taught and told that if we get away with someone, then everything is fine. At the same time, we're taught that lying can get us what we want in some cases. Also please consider the child told to lie to the door to door salesmen, saying that the parents aren't home.

I've been a fundamentally honest person to the point that hypocrisy feels like a lie to me. This puts me at odds with many people. The main reason I need honesty so much in relationships is because my stomach turned when someone lied to me. I could feel it in my gut, and I wouldn't know why or what about. I'd dwell on it until I could figure it out.

Being honest with yourself is important, and easier to be around others socially if you don't wield the truth like a weapon. Complete honesty is rare, don't expect to find it right away. One girl I dated wanted me to believe her lies so she would have more control over me (antisocial disorder). When you know someone is lying, move on and tell them why. Maybe they will be more honest in the future.

If you can't find what you want with this policy, maybe try a different area of the country or a different country. One of the honest people I know doesn't discuss relationships while in them, because it dredges up less needless crap.

I hope my experiences and suggestions create some benefit in your life.
