One way to get over feeling down is to find someone you can do something for that will help them feel better.  Then, next thing you know, you feel better because of the other person feeling better.  There may be an elderly or disabled person who lives near you that would love a little chat or smile.  Give it a try.  It usually works for me.  I have made a few friends that way as well.  Sending you a tremendous Hug
