Hello to all those who gave me a hug first time around...Ive tried everthing now, assertion techniques, speaking up, expressing myself clearly and not mumbling, but yet again Im jobless, having to leave because of negative, bullyish people, Im a quiet person, who gets on with her work, and doesnt gossip. Is that so wrong??? it must be. Im so down, I really am trying to be a 'different' me, but people say things to me, they wouldnt say to others in the office. What gives them the right to insult me...perhaps its me....I dont know. Ive been brought up to be polite to everyone, but still certain people Ive worked with make my life a misery. I am so so sorry to be  moany and I know lots of others out there have far worse problems than this, but its really getting me down, and now ive let someone else win, and now I have to look for another job, with the worry of not being able to pay the bank and bills etc. I did confront my bully this time around, and it felt really good, but deep down I did feel sorry for this person. But Ive found that a group of silence now surrounds this person, and she is almost protected, as if she is the victim..Sorry but I do need a big hug, got other stuff going on too, so please please if you've got a spare one going, send it to me, if only for a second x thank you.

People who insult you,make you feel bad,bully another,they are the ones with the problem,not you.It will come back on them ten fold,treat people how you like to be treated,with respect,kindess and compassion.They will learn one day what they were doing is wrong.I was bullied in school,i left and havent finished my schooling because of that.I got very ill,went into a shell and my life was hell.....I will finish my school and get there in the end but i know what having bullies in ones life feels like.

Heres a *huggle* for you,also my love and positive thoughts,hang in there....never let another person hold you back or down.

I am sending one of my HUGE hugs to you - be strong ... the right position is out there for you and there is absolutely no need for you to be a different person - it is important for you to be true to yourself.  Bullies are the insecure ones ... that is why they are bullies - they pick on others, before they themselves become the victim!  I am not excusing their behaviour but trying to show that you are not in the wrong.

Stay strong and believe in yourself ... you WILL succeed.
