I was on a positive, resilient streak and the last days have been trying. There is a lot going on with family and work and day to day things, but was handling better... now feel off balance and had panic attack again after going awhile without. Think let things get to me and working on taking better care of self and rest and me time and sending myself positive helpful calming messages. I know it will get better~ just at the twisted up inside point right now...

And a long distance hug is never amiss ;)
