Having just climbed out of depression due to a difficult situation recently, I feel for you there. I've learned tremendously from my recent experience, that is to believe in yourself no matter what, and to think of the possibilities rather than the hurdles.
My mom taught me a technique that has helped a lot, and that is to visualize your own face, cheerful and bright, and then keep repeating to yourself, "I believe that I'll be alright. I believe I'm gonna make it. I'm stronger than I think I am". You can say it out loud or in your heart, but just keep repeating it to yourself as much as you can whenever you remember. If I'm not mistaken, it's actually a form of self-hypnosis technique. At the same time, don't forget to breathe deeply in & out, it really helps to calm you down.
Megatons of HUGGIES for you~~
