Hello, i don't post alot,  i usually just read everything signed out. But, I am really bothered today. My husband is an over the road truck driver.  He was out for 10 days yesterday.  When he finally got in he was out of hours.  the company made him pick up a trail that had been parked for a month and go pick up another load to bring back to the yard.  he didnt get in till 5:30 am today.  We went to get his paycheck and they told him they are taking 650 dollars this whole paycheck and the rest until it is paid.     b/c a tire was flat and a rim was busted.  He knows he didn't hit anything or run everything over.  so, i dont know what to do.  we are going to call the labor board on tues. but i don't know what good that will do.  anyways sorry i just need to rant to someone.

Everybody needs to vent once in awhile!!! Doesn't sound very fair to me either!!

Thanks everyone for the hugs.  And Suzi, i don't think they are picking on him.  they are a small company with under 20 trucks.  they have been having trouble with money.  they haven't been able to fuel the trucks or even pay some of the drivers.  not letting people take their cash advances.  so i don't know.  it just upsets me b/c he is the one that supports us. he was having some trouble with them before, and he left.  he went back b/c they said they were more organized, and he needed a job.  But anyways thanks everyone for listening
