You get an extra big Grandpa Hug from me then....nothing are worse then feeling alone.....try to figure out how to better your situation.....don't sit back and wait for the situation to improve from itself....seldom does.....look for anything positive.....if you can't go out...try to read a good book.....the main task is to break the dull situation that consume your health for something good that gives you new energy to go on.
