A big Grandpa hug to you....it's very sad when we start to get problems with our body functions.
The one you tell about your feet is the worst one....because if you allow yourself to sit still in order to prevent hurt...you only get worse.
It's important today to supply yourself with vitamins, minerals and other antioxidants because our food are much more "destroyed true processing then before, and even our soil don't have the time to regenerate before next harvest.
Get your feet examined by an "foot specialist", it might be due to your foots curve (I had such thing...it was bad for my feet and for my spine)
This is fixed by new shoes or by building material.
So my advice must be...if not medical issues prevent you from walking, bite your teeth and take a trip....it makes good for your whole body and it will slowly get you back in shape.
