Daily contact lenes do require lotion...so im not sure if i need to look into things further....

Anyways my cut off point for more babies is 40...so im hoping my body will be able to cope...but we will have to wait and see.

Hey Tink, sorry to hear what you've been going through. In my opinion i feel that everything first has to do with positive thinking and changes. I don't know if you know what quantium physics is but it's about how our thoughts control our world, our bodies and everything around us, it's about useing our minds to create our world for our good, the power of focus and visualization and how we all have been given these abilities to change things to what we want, but it's up to us to do what we have to do to get it. Example in the bible Mark 11:24 says "therefore i tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." Now i'm not telling you to believe in the same God that i believe in but i am suggesting that you believe in something of a higher source and it's in all of us. Quantium physics is based on the same thing, same principiles and same truth but that's just part of it you do have to give up something to gain something, like maybe a life change or taking out something that you're doing that's not to your benefit. If you really want to heal yourself i know you have the power to do it because we all do it's just a matter of how bad you want it. Start by talking to your angels, the universe your God or higher sourse and ask them to reveal to you what it is that's going on with you then leave it alone and believe that you have been heard and a change is about to come. Do your reasearch on different diagnosis that have the same symptoms that you have, go to your doctor and get a complete blood panel to see if it's something in you blood that could be causing these things, find out what your PH balance is because it has alot to with how our bodies function also, and of course start taking your multivitimens, minerals, antioxidents and fish oil pills, you also might have to change somethings in your diet as well as excersing but it's all worth it because you'll start feeling a whole lot better. Also start meditating and focusing on positivie thinking, that's where positive change comes from and where your answers come from. You'll see that it's all inside you. Thankyou very much for your indepth reply.
I do want to get better...im not the sort of person that just lays down and gives up.........life is too short..... however ive been through so much and for the first time in many years feel at peace inside...however the body dosent seem too happy. All the things you said about doing i am doing or trying to do:
Ive started to eat healthy,
Taking multi vitamins
Ive joined the gym
Im trying to meditate...
Ive been for a blood test.

I do try and talk to the angles and i havent quite got my head round a higher source......but ive only recently rid myself of so much hate and anger...that at the moment im just like the feeling of being warm and happy inside. Im sure i will be ready to move onto higher things soon.
