Pray that i realize that the ego "i" and all the others around me are one and the same.  

I tend to care more for others than i do for myself.  I realize that i should respect and love myself as much as i do everyone else.  

Pray that i make the choice to love myself while loving others and that i stick to it.

With respect and love for yourself will your self-confidence be strengthen..and that is good...but be careful so the Ego don't grow at the same time...because then you will have a tendency to only do thing that gain yourself

Big hugs for you, karess. My best advice to you... from one person who likes to help people to another, don't become another persons doormat. Sometimes we help because our heart wants to make everything better for everyone and when we become the person that is their constant, their rock, their problem-solver and go-to person, sometimes you can be taken for granted without them ever realizing that this is what the relationship has become.  It's called enabling. Make sure you not only take your needs into consideration, but you take care of them too.. because putting your responsibilities and needs on the back burner means you'll have a lot of catching up to because it piles up. You're not a ghost, don't become one. ::big hugs::
