::big hugs:: You know.. a little angel reminded me the other day when something negative pops into my head or there are negative influences around me to take a breather and just think of one thing that is positive that makes me happy. I usually do this, but lately I've been forgetful.... I was glad for the reminder.
When you start feeling this way, just take a short breather to regenerate and think of something you know makes you happy. As for me, sometimes I think of my nieces and nephews because I absolutely adore them and the fun things we've done together and the laughs we've had. Let that feeling and the emotions attached to it flow through you until you feel good. And then go back to what it was that you were doing. Just by the change of your mood will make getting through your diss easier and other things you may be dwelling on. Try not to dwell too much, and remember all storms pass and the sun always shines
