Hi - I don't often ask for a hug but I really need one today - it has been a very difficult day for me (and Annie).

I had an appointment with a Court representative regarding moving the Probate process forward on my husband's estate today - that was fine and went very well.

When I returned to my shop, I had a message to say the Coroner was trying to contact me urgently.  I telephoned him to find out that Ken's Inquest, which had been scheduled for 17 July 2007 has now been postponed due to the Consultant's report only arriving in their office yesterday - the Coroner wants me to read the report before the Inquest.

I asked when the Inquest would now be held and was informed that it would probably be in October - our Silver Wedding Anniversary would have been on 16 October 2007 and I have a deep feeling that this will be the new date for the Inquest.

Sorry to babble on but I am really stunned at these developments.  As I said ... Annie and I really need a hug.

You have all my hugs and comforting thoughts Sarah, it's sad that such thing shall delay a mourning process for that long and even get in conflict with your anniversary.

But against the public service... even windmills fight to no gain.
