I am sure lotsa women out there has PMS but I think I might have Premenstrual dysphoric disorder. I felt like I was going crazy becos, everytime when it is near my cycle, I get all the symtoms of PMS, but they all seem to be more severe than just the usual PMS. I would feel so hopeless, so depress, so useless, cried, drink and swallowed sleeping pills and pain killers and thought of dying, didn't want to get up at all to go work, starve myself and I don't know what is happening to me. I also realise that I hit rock bottom when my cycle coincides with the full moon. I read alot of articles about it on the web and maybe it does affect somewhat? I will be fine for 3 weeks and go crazy for 1 week. Its like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. It had affected my relationships and work as well.  

The last time I felt like dying again was only last week and I got really afraid cos I really wanted to end it so badly, so I scout around the internet and found this PMDD and it matched ALL my symtoms. At least I know I am not crazy.

a hug to you.  your symptoms sound hard to deal with.  Have you tried evening primrose oil?
