Suzi, ya, I've tried EPO, it does really help somewhat. I wasnt very convince until I stopped for awhile and it got really bad. Now I am back on it and it has help to lighten the depression especially.

So sorry about your monthly issues. I can completely relate. I use to go in to a fit of depression, despair, and misery every time my period was about to come. I broke up with ex-fiancé at least 3 months in a row before I realized a pattern was developing.  

I'm not sure if this is any consolation, but since having my son my symptoms have completely ceased.

So a big hug of understanding to you and I wish you well.  Since this has now been discovered as an issue for women I'm sure a solution is not long off for you.  Be sure to alert those closest to you so they can understand what is going with you and you all can figure out solutions together.
