Can I ask you a question...

"Have you figured out what's causing you to feel like that?"

It's just that, I used to feel just like you do, I had to figure out what was causing me to feel that way...down, tired of the job, not wanting to be bothered with anybody...I figured that is was the job that was causing me to feel that way, so I changed my situation.

And now, I don't have as many days like that, however, I'm working on never feeling like that anymore.  

Anyway, take care, it will get better.
