How do I learn to reliably induce self hypnosis for self improvement(self confidence/quit smoking etc).
How do I get the instruction rescources/guidance needed.(Preferably for free).
Can self hypnosis be used to help induce lucid dreams.

Hi Marc,

you may want to contact a local hypnotist to learn how to do self hypnosis, especially if you are looking to use it in therapeutic ways.

i am not a big fan of software as nothing beats actual human interaction for inducing trance.

it can be done with practice.  

you must beging by relaxing, and let your body know you are in a state of relaxation and simply think of things you want to change, smoking you mentioned, repeat sentances that you want to uit, that the smell of smoke will make you feel ill.  things like that, repeat it over and over in your head, you have to practice and do this alot.

a book, hypnosis for dummies, great great book. (cheap too)
